We are AARDEX Group, an industry leading SaaS company that’s been challenging the status quo in medication adherence management in clinical trials since 1984. Our goal is to empower clinical research teams with real-time medication adherence intelligence to support earlier interventions for patients that need additional support with their dosing regimen.
What You Will Be Doing
You will coordinate the S&M team in line with the CoDir objectives. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, maintaining brand integrity, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Team Management: lead and manage the sales and marketing team, provide guidance, motivation, and performance feedback. Organize the department and oversee its administration (schedule management meetings, CRM, timesheets, HR evaluations, sales commissions, travel/expenses approval, etc.)
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: allocate budgets, allocate resources, and ensure that expenses are within allocated limits. Predict sales trends, analyze data, and generate reports to provide insights to the management.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: work closely with other departments (like product development, customer success, etc.) to align strategies and objectives.
- Setting Goals and Targets for the Department: establish sales and marketing goals aligned with the overall business objectives. Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate team performance against these benchmarks.
- Developing Strategies: create sales and marketing strategies to reach the target audience and achieve revenue targets. Be accountable for its operationalization and control.
- Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition: Oversee lead generation activities and indirect strategies to acquire new customers through ecosystem partners. When required, get in direct contact with a customer or a partner to facilitate a contract.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition, and use this information to refine strategies. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, content, and promotional materials.
- Product Knowledge and Positioning: Ensure the team has a deep understanding of the product or service and position it effectively in the market.
Experience, Certifications, and Competencies Required for the Role
- Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in people management as a team leader.
- Proven success in selling complex products/services, experience in selling software solution is a plus.

- Focusses on achieving and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators, to ensure measurable success.
- Is able to solve problems and make decisions inter- and intra-departments in autonomy.
