Our solutions, at the forefront of digital health, ensure that clinical trials aiming to bring new drugs on the market run efficiently. They consist of connected devices and a SaaS platform that measures and analyzes patient behavior in order to provide them with the opportunity to improve their treatment.


We are looking for a Support Engineer to strengthen AARDEX® Group’s IT development team and contribute effectively in the continuous improvement of the project, the team, and the work environment

  • Manage and monitor AARDEX® SaaS solution
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for problem resolution
  • Monitor and test application performance for incidents & potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
  • Implement and enforce IT governance, security, compliance, and audit standards
  • Communicate with, coordinate and support the development team in the software development life cycle
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support


  • Computer science education (bachelor degree at least), security training is a plus (CAS cyber security)
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Solid scripting skills
  • Good knowledge of SQL, ideally with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience with log and monitoring systems
  • Experience with Cloud
  • Working experience with Microsoft Windows
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Autonomous and high sense of accountability
  • Good knowledge of technical English (oral and written)
